Why is it so easy for people to replace other people? Why was it so easy you to replace me? Not just you either. Everyone. Why does it seem so easy for everyone to replace me? One week we’re sharing every detail of our lives together, from getting an A on a test to dogging that one b#tch in the lunch lines, and now what? We used to consider each other family, and now we don’t even talk. So many people walk in and out of my life. They all find someone that gets along with them better than I do. I don’t even know how to feel every time it happens. Jealous. Hurt. Angry?

Maybe we weren’t as close as I thought. I just get so mad that I can’t do the same. I can’t just go around finding new best friends, new brothers, new sisters, new family as easily as everyone else seems to be able to do. All I can do is hang on to my friends as long as I can until they’re completely gone.

Why can’t I just replace you? Because you were important to me, I guess.
